Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Development Admin Executive will provide administrative support to the Business Development department. Responsibilities include procurement activities, documentation management, data entry, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in office software, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
- Assist with procurement processes including requesting quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement documents.
Documentation and Records Management:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
- Ensure that all business development documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, proposals and other business documents.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide general office support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Support the Business Development Manager and team with various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Tech-savvy with experience in utilizing AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Familiar with graphic design software, such as Canva, Photoshop, or other similar tools.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
Preference:
-Education Level: 1st Class Bachelor Degree Holder (Preferred)
