They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin (Finance) to support their daily administrative and basic finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills and the ability to handle essential financial tasks such as issuing invoices, preparing quotations, and maintaining payment records.

Position: Admin (Finance) Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Issue invoices, prepare quotations, and track payment records.
• Assist with basic financial tasks such as expense tracking and financial documentation.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
