Job Description

Developing/Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business of Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display.
Running outbound campaigns (face-to-face or virtual meetings, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
Utilize social media networks such as Linkedin and other sites to engage clients.
Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads and collect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers' needs.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships to maximize business sales and target potential clients.
Following-up in a timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion.
Developing rapport business network with key decision-makers.

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm OR 8.30am - 6.00pm

Perks of Joining:

Basic ranges from RM 3,000 - 4,000 (Subject to interview performance + work experience)
Commission (Monthly Take home salary can be up to RM 11,000)

Job Requirements

Experienced in business developing/sales focused job duties specifically in Offset Packaging Boxes POSM/POP Display Industrial (is an added advantage but not compulsory).
Proven track record in prospecting for new business as well as account management retention and growth (is an added advantage but not compulsory).
Must possess good communication skills, written and oral, to complete all assigned goals and work with customers
Expertise in client communication and problem-solving.
Must be able to work independently completing assigned goals.
Must be adaptable in flexibility to perform work within changing priorities and possess sufficient interpersonal skill to work harmoniously with customers.
Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling between Klang Valley for work.
Proficiency in Mandarin and average English is required for this role.
