Job Description

E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, IT) to align online initiatives with overall business objectives.
Website Management:
- Oversee the online store's design, functionality, and performance.
- Work with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and ensure the site is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
- Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout and beyond.
- Manage customer service issues related to the online store and work to resolve them efficiently.
- Implement personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, sales trends, and order processing efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing, product selection, and promotional strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements

Diploma in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in an e-commerce role.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for this role.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
