Job summary

- 5 Working Days Per Week (Monday to Friday Only)

- 8 Working Hours Per Day (No Night Shift)

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.  
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls.  
  • Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more.
