We operate a 24x7 contact centre, providing assistance related to medical, travel, roadside, health and lifestyle. Together as a group, we have more than 200 dynamic and awesome team members. Gearing towards being an emergency assistance provider, AAA is responsible to ensure optimum response performance, resource availability and top service quality to its members. AAA now has a fleet of 5 ambulances with a team of highly trained paramedics, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.
