Job Description
Responsibility
• Deliver excellent customer service through answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (WhatApps, WeChat & etc) in a professional and timely manner on all OTA.
• Manage and maintain guest accounts, including updating contact information and processing payments.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to guests.
• Perform office-based administrative duties when require.
• Coordinate cleaning / laundry / maintenance with cleaner, maintenance & other team members.
• Handle and resolve guest requests/issues and ensuring prompt action.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests at all times

Job Requirements
• Interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers• Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
• Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
• Active listening and communication skills to handle patrons who may be upset
• Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls and web chat messages promptly
• Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments
• Ability to remain upright and stationary for long periods during a shift
• Technical skills to use voice-over-IP phones and customer records management, word processing, database, email and chat software programs
• Proficiency in speak, read & write of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Other language such as Mandarin and etc shall be added advantages.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Off day on weekday.
• Working hour: Rotation
