Job Posting: Customer Support Representative (Mandarin/Cantonese) – Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Malaysia
Languages Required: Mandarin or Cantonese (Fluent in both written and spoken)
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Penang. As a key member of our support team, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Accurately log and track customer interactions in our system.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, both written and spoken (required).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
