About GoCard
GoCard is a leading digital business card platform designed to facilitate seamless networking and communication for businesses and professionals.

Job Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support - Technical Support representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Technical Assistance
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, offering solutions to technical issues related to the GoCard & VISE AI platform.


Troubleshoot Issues
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including account setup, network configuration, and system errors.


Customer Education
Guide customers through features and functionalities of the GoCard & VISE AI platform, ensuring they can utilize the service effectively.


Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues, and provide detailed reports to the management team.


Escalation Management
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.


Feedback and Improvement
Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements and development.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred. However, open to meeting fresh graduates for this role.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, remote desktop applications, and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Ultraviewer).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and concisely in both English and Bahasa.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
