Job Description

Handle daily inbound & outbound calls, email and live chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the social media platform services
Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issue
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Job Requirements

Minimum possess at least SPM level (with 2 years Customer Service Experience)
Fresh Graduates (Diploma or Degree) are welcome to apply
Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (speak, read and type) is required for this position
Average English communication skill is required
Willing to commit at 24-hour rotational work shift
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
Able to commit morning shift, noon shift, and night shift (9 hours work included 1 hour of break per shift)
Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on-site office)
Preferable to start working on 7th October 2024
