Job Description

To explore on new market opportunity by building network with distributors companies, chain stores, pharmacies like Watsons, Guardians.
To work closely with distributors/pharmacies to monitor on the brand activity and sales turnover for beauty/household brands.
Manage trade budget, A&P, trading term discussion within budget allocated.
Monitor market and consumer trends, conduct analysis and make recommendations where appropriate.
Ensure that the implementation of various sales campaign are running efficiently and effectively.
Keep abreast with latest market trends and development, with sound knowledge of competitiors' activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum diploma level or higher. Preferably with Bachelor degree or higher in business development or other related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG industry preferably personal care or beauty industry.
Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven
