Job Requirements

The Person:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
Bring 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in raw or industrial materials.
Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with stellar negotiation and closing skills.
Possess knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, or agriculture sectors.
Excel in communication, capable of presenting to key decision-makers with confidence.
Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple clients/projects.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and ready to travel as needed.
