Job Description

·        Start from scratch and set up HR shared services for the companies. 

·        Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

·        Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.

·        Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

·        Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.

·        Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

·        Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.

 

 


[Benefits]

·        Salary range: RM7,000 – RM8,000

·        Annual bonus guarantee for 1 month and above

·        16 days Annual leave (1st year)

·        EPF & SOCSO

Job Requirements

·        Proficient in Mandarin and English is required for this role.

·        Certified HR Manager professional, graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

·        Preferred at least 3 years of experience in the same roles

·        Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

·        Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

·        Knowledge in Foreign Worker management.

·        Proficiency in HRDCorp E-tris system, HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.

·        Familiar with statutory online payment and portal. Eg Mytax, Assist portal (SOCSO) etc

·        Fluent in English and Mandarin, speaking and writing
