Job Description

Key Responsibilities Understand Company Offerings:   Learn, understand, and effectively present our data engineering and analytics solutions to potential and existing clients. Sales Involvement:  Perform sales activities and contribute to company sales targets. Tailor Solutions:  Analyze customer requirements, design customized data solutions and scope comprehensive services that address their specific business needs. Use Case Discovery: Lead business use case discovery by working closely with business users at all levels. Solution Development:  Collaborate with the internal delivery team to create and demonstrate compelling proof of concepts (POCs) and solution designs in response to RFPs or client requests. Client Relationship Management:       Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Consulting and Advisory:  Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate digital transformations and data-driven decision-making processes to solve complex business problems. Certification in DAMA (Data Management) or Data Science is a big advantage Experience: 4-7 years of experience in consulting or a customer-facing data solutions role, preferably with enterprise clients in the financial services or insurance industry. Technical Expertise:  Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud data platforms, data architecture, data governance and integration. Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and BI tools is essential. Client-Facing Experience:  Proven ability to deliver persuasive and articulate product demonstrations, POCs, and solutions to executive stakeholders. Collaboration Skills:  Team player with strong networking attributes, proactive, results-focused, and a self-starter with the ability to execute. Communication Skills:  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver convincing presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem Solving:  Strong analytical mindset with experience in addressing complex business challenges through data-driven solutions.
