Assist with the following tasks under guidance/supervision: -Data entry, bookkeeping and accounting tasks; -Preparing financial statements and reports; -Audits and financial analysis; -Bank reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions; -Account payable and receivable function; -Monthly accounts reconciliation and month-end closing preparation; -Invoice verification in reviewing and verifying invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy before processing; and -Provide administrative support to the finance department and undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed.
