Job Description

To prepare tender documents and compile all requested documents as per tender requirement.
To prepare quotation for lift maintenance, repair works, and lift modernization.
Compiling photographs and prepare report.
Conduct site visits to gather information about the lift specification and understand client needs.
Maintain good relationship with the customer.
To carry other responsibilities and related general tasks as required that requested by the Manager.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
Discipline, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Computer literate as well as with sales and marketing experience will be definite advantage.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Good knowledge on lift industry will be definite advantage.
Able to work independently, willing to learn, self-motivated and a team player.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
