Responsibility :
 
 - Ensuring achievement of service sales targets and initiating improvement plans as needed.
 - Overseeing the service operations of the company to ensure quality and timely customer support 
    and after-sales services.
 - Attend project kick-off meeting and clarify project issues.
 - Executing after sales business activity including inspection, preventive and condition-based 
    maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and commissioning.
 - Ensure all repair and maintenance jobs are properly executed and documented.
 - Monitor the purchase and inventory of spare parts, machineries, equipment, and tools.
 - Providing leadership and coordination for the service team. Creating and developing good team spirit.
 - Provide technical training to teams and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
 - Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
