Position : Social Media Specialist
Location: Petaling Jaya , Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare creative content ideas that speaks to the heart of the target audience.
• Write persuasive and on-brand copy for posts and captions that resonate with the target audience.
• Work in tandem with the design team to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook ,TikTok and XHS (XiaoHongShu).
• Ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve KPIs such as Return on Ad
• Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Utilize Meta Ad Manager to closely monitor campaign performance, gather data, and derive actionable insights to continually refine and improve campaign strategies
• Prepare regular reports and insights to client on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate with the internal team to ensure clients’ goals are achieved
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media tools to keep your strategies cutting-edge.
