Job Description

To research, propose and implement new marketing strategies and materials for product brands and campaigns.
Effectively plan and timely execution of all below the line marketing activities and day-to-day marketing operations.
Proactively contributing fresh and out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
Create and coordinate related marketing collaterals & promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
Provide support to sales team in strengthening and expanding retail sales channels to achieve monthly sales targets.
Managing the usage of Marketing POSM and work closely with the operation team to ensure smooth distribution of POSM to retail level and outstation office.
Effectively executing digital marketing & sales campaigns, email marketing activities, website maintenance and monthly social media campaign.
Responsible for advertising and analyzing social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers communication and interpersonal skills.
