Job Description

· Assist with recruitment process including cold calling, resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations and conducting reference checks.

· Assist in phone/ face-to-face/virtual interview

· Work with Managers to devise and execute search strategies.

· Assist in business development strategies.

· Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis to manager execute strategies that enhance the company recruitment brand

Job Requirements

· Students majoring in any stream is acceptable as long as accepted by university or college

· Passionate to meet new people and know how powerful word is in communicating with people

· Can read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin and English

· Microsoft Office Literate

· Independent, self-starter attitude

· Willing to learn and take initiative
