Job Description

Make preparation such as equipment setting, product placement, studio layout, OBS, picture and promotion mechanism, etc before the host going live
Responsible for following the entire broadcast when the host is live
Operate the centre console and control the rhythm of the live such as pin products, beg kuning, inventory and other activities
Cooperate with the host to liven up the atmosphere, interact and reply to comments, block restrictive words and assist the host in displaying products
Provide timely narrative instructions/corrections and activity or schedule prompt to the host based on data changes
Handle unexpected situations during live session such as device/network failures and so on
Record core data according to the operational requirement during the live session
Review and cooperate with the host and operation team to complete key data indicators after the live session

Job Requirements

Have e-commerce, marketing, other related diploma/degree or equivalent work experience in the live stream industry are preferred
Fresh graduates with related live/marketing/e-commerce/sales internship experience also are encouraged to apply
Know the basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Passionate/interested in the e-commerce live industry, with basic knowledge and hope for long-term stable development in the live industry
Outgoing personality, active thinking, and good communication, understanding, and adaptability.
Strong sense of responsibility, high enthusiasm, diligent and steadfast, strong ability to withstand pressure; good at independent learning and thinking, with correct values and teamwork spirit.
Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
