Job Description

Carrying out open and close cash activities - ensuring the cash register/POS balances according to the park's policies.
Daily opening and closing of the playground (including cleaning the sandpits and ballpit as scheduled)
Introducing and making sales for the playground packages (entrance & events).
Greeting guests, processing payments, explaining playground rules, and checking in with the guests regarding their experience
Upholding safety measures and cleanliness of the playground.
Attending to needs, and adhering to best practices when interacting with children and parents.
Maintaining transparent communications with management and the team at all times
Resolving guest issues and updating supervisors on inventory.

Job Requirements

No prior work experience is required but preferred.
Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. (additional proficiency in other languages would be desirable but optional)
Able to compose regular reports and correspondence.
Proficiency in basic computer tools (i.e Microsoft tools)
Capacity to comprehend the functionalities of the registration system (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy environments

A great deal of attention is needed for the children for this job. Some physical demands are needed to operate the specific cleaning & sanitizing machines for the sandpit and ball pit regularly as per the company schedule.
