About the role :

Pet Nutrition and Care (PNC) Sales Operation Specialist (Asia)

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the Sales Operations Manager in optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth order processing for PNC Asia customers. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, managing shipping documentation, handling invoicing, and ensuring the accurate processing of sales orders. In addition, the specialist will assist with sales data analysis, attend meetings, and provide customer service to Asia-based distributors.

Reports to: Sales Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Order processing

- Assist with the end-to-end processing of sales orders.

-Track order progress and ensure timely communication with both internal teams (supply chain, logistics) and external stakeholders (customers, distributors)

· Logistics and shipping coordination

- Collaborate with the logistics team in the US and AU to coordinate shipments of pet products to Asia.

- Develop shipping documentation.

- Monitor the shipment status and update customers on any delays or changes.

· Data management and analysis

- Collect and input sales data related to orders, shipments and inventory.

- Assist with analyzing sales trends and identifying any potential issues with product supply or demand in Asia markets.

· Customer service support

- Responding to inquiries about shipment updates, order status and product availability.

· Meeting Support

- Attend meetings with international teams, taking notes and tracking progress on action items.

· Project Assistance

- Assist in ongoing projects aimed at improving sales operations and workflow efficiency.
