Job Description

1. Strategy Support and Execution

Incharge in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Lead the digital sales and marketing team to design and execute strategies that align with company goals and KPIs.

2. Content Creation and Management

Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

3. SEO and SEM Optimization

Assist in optimizing website content and landing pages for search engine rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns, analyze keyword performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Social Media Management

Plan and manage social media content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and develop strategies to increase brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Shopee and Tiktok.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software.
Prepare regular performance reports to present to the senior marketing team and provide insights for future campaigns.


6. Email Marketing and CRM

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage customer lists, segment audiences, and track open and conversion rates.
Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer retention and engagement through targeted campaigns.

7. Paid Advertising Management

Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
Set budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies to optimize ad performance.

8. Team Coordination and Vendor Management

Work closely with internal teams, such as content creators, online sales, production team, office staff to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when necessary.

9. Market Research and Trend Analysis

Conduct market research to understand audience behavior and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to propose new ideas for campaigns.

10. Compliance and Best Practices

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Implement best practices for data privacy, copyright, and ethical advertising standards.

11. Manage and attend to exhibition and event

 

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in content creation, social media, and PPC.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management software, and CRM platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:00pm)

 

Benefits:

Basic + petrol allowance + commission (if hit target)
