Duties & Responsibilities
●    Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
●    Customize existing Odoo modules to meet specific client needs.
●    Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
●    Develop and maintain Odoo integrations with third-party applications and services.
●    Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
●    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Odoo development and deployment.
●    Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.
●    Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
●    Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
●    Perform system integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
●    Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Odoo systems.
●    Lead and mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Odoo best practices.
●    Stay updated on the latest Odoo releases, trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
