Job Description

They are a premier education center for multisensory structured language (Orton-Gillingham Approach) and specific learning disorders delivering only evidence-based and internationally recognized methods and standards of teaching with the aims of seeing improvements in the child, building their confidence, unlocking their potential, and to rediscover their love for learning.

As the reference standard for literacy intervention, all the therapists are trained and qualified to deliver high-quality teaching customized to the child's specific learning needs. They focus on solutions for learning difference and strive for continuous education, development, and improvements.

Position: Front Desk Administrator
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with customer.
  • Demonstrate maturity in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage administrative tasks such customer management, clerical work, handling phone calls, scheduling.
  • Be empathetic to customer needs.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls.
  • Typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of records and correspondences.
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
  • Preparation of payment vouchers and printing of cheques
  • Maintenance of office supplies.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial
    or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in administrative work.
  • Possess good communication and telephony skill.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
