Ready to join our elite team of deal-makers? We're on the hunt for a dynamic and Results-driven Salesperson who can close deals like a pro. You'll need a proven track record, a knack for understanding customer needs, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
 

💻What You'll Do…

  • Handling Incoming Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as Helpdesk, Live Chat, and Phone Support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Following Up on Existing Leads: Proactively follow up with potential clients and existing leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Customer Success: Build and maintain strong customer relationships post-sale, delivering exceptional after-sales support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Consistently Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting: Collect and consolidate sales data from various sources on a weekly basis. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and dashboards.
     

 

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field, with proficiency in English.

  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with customers.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in managing customer inquiries through live simulations or real-world scenarios.
  • Upselling Skills: Proficiency in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer value and increase sales.
