Job Description
Our Client delivers world-leading corporate travel and events solutions to organisations operating in a variety of specialist sectors around the world.
Their business clients range from oil companies to major retailers, construction to technology and sports to finance. They offer state of the art booking systems, a high quality personal service and superb buying power.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all facets of Sales in Malaysia to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s sales targets.
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Jalan Tun Razak, KL
Key Functions:
- Meet new client/ account sales targets
- Manage RFPs
- Work with sales managers in other countries regions for regional and global bids
- Identify key/strategic customers, agree on the key customer strategy and an annual programme for visits with each Key Account Manager to maintain and find ways to upsell the Client and ensure that action plan is in place for each key customer to achieve customer intimacy for the delivery of value to the business
- Establish and maintain a prospect database (Microsoft Dynamics) that enables the business to access key information
- Responsible for your sales forecast reports and market intelligence
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
- The Company may from time to time assign projects which may not be directly linked to Sales but which will contribute to the overall enhancement of your career development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales position
- Travel Management Company (TMC) Sales experience preferred
- Must have commercial focus and an ability to translate numbers into commercial practicality
- Hands on attitude, a self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English – spoken & written
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 8,000 to RM 10,000 per month
Allowances per month:
- RM 200 phone allowance
- Transport RM 800 allowances
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:- Medical Coverage, Annual Leave, Bonus/Commisions Scheme (TBA)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days' work week )
