Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: USJ 21, Subang Jaya, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a growing loan agency in Malaysia, offering tailored financial solutions to both individuals and companies. We work closely with financial institutions to provide a seamless loan process for our clients. We are looking for an Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and support our back-end operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on financial products, customer segments, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Product Promotion: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote financial products and services, such as loans, investment services, and insurance.
3. Client Acquisition: Generate leads and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with financial services.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales presentations, proposals, and other materials that resonate with potential clients.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
8. Educational Initiatives: Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate clients about financial products and market trends.
9. Content Development: Create informative content, such as articles and guides, to position the company as a thought leader in the financial sector.
10. Collaboration with Financial Advisors: Work closely with financial advisors and other professionals to develop tailored solutions for clients and enhance service offerings.
11. Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and marketing approaches, ensuring a customer-centric strategy.
12. Networking and Industry Events: Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and establish valuable contacts.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Marketing, Business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance, investment).
• Have a strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards that govern marketing practices in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, campaign performance, and client needs.
• Experience with CRM software and tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and compliance.
• Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in loan processing or working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
• RM 1,500 - 2,500 monthly sallary ; exclude commission RM2000 - RM15,000
• EPF and SOCSO contributions will be provided
• Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, weekdays only
