Our client specializes in composite roofing and cladding products. They offer quality fiberglass reinforce polyester (FRP) roofing sheets, polycarbonate roofing, acrylic sheets and roofing; and film products (Polycarbonate, Polyester and Polyimide) that are utilized in various industries such as security, building & glazing, signage & display and graphic arts.

It was established in 2008 with key personal that has vast experience in the composite roofing industry for more than 20 years. With such knowledge and expertise, they are able to provide quality product and professional advice to their clients. With 2 (two) strategically located branches (office & warehouse) in Malaysia, they are able to provide their best service to their clients in Malaysia and overseas.

Position: Admin/Customer Support Executive
Location: Subang Jaya

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle Calls & Enquiries
Sales Support
Purchase Order Processing
Invoice & Delivery Order Issuance
Order Execution Coordination
Delivery planning
Goods Loading & Unloading Supervision
Local & Overseas Supplier Liaison
Sales Administration Reporting
Outstanding Payment Follow-Up
Stock Management
Warehouse Management
Ad hock Administrative Tasks

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in admin or similar roles preferred.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and BM.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
