Job Description
Our client, established in 2017, is a leading solutions provider for tyre and maintenance services for all commercial and Off-the-Road vehicles. They pride themselves on delivering comprehensive and reliable services to meet the demands of their customers across industries.
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Port Klang
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate and follow up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated effectively.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, including preparing necessary materials.
- Drive and push tasks across teams and departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence and reports.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken, in English, BM and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 4,000 to RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days work week), Sat is half day
