Job Description

· Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly.

· Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.

· Monitor and control business’s operation.

· Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.

· Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

· Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.

· Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.

· Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and

upcoming events.

Job Requirements

· Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

· Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred.

· Positive attitude and good teamwork.

· Advantage of having team management skill.

· Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.

· No specific education level required.

· Required language(s): English / Mandarin

· Working hour: 45 working hours per week

· Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day

· Service tips sharing among the team
