Job Description
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify potential improvements and customizations in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design and implement configurations, customizations, and workflows in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the development of custom features or integrations.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate solutions align with business requirements.
System Optimization & Support:
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.
- Provide day-to-day user support and address functional inquiries from business teams.
Training & Documentation:
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance user adoption.
- Document business processes, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O best practices, releases, and new features.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
- Strong understanding of finance and operations business processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, especially in Finance or Operations.
- Experience in data migration, integration, and project management.
- Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, or related Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP project lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
