Butiran Pekerjaan

Assist Sales Manager on online leads/email/documentation
Key order/invoices/update customer payment
Key supplier invoices & dealing with supplier purchase
Ensure warehouse keeper pick up stock correctly
Notify customer on late payment
Send out SOA to all customers for payment collection
Arrange logistic delivery
Maintain accurate database of customer and prospect information
Ad-hoc task instruct by Sales Manager

Keperluan

Minimum SPM/Diploma
Open to meet fresh graduates for this role.
Fluent in Malay (Knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage)
