Butiran Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and sales memo.
Compile and analyze sales data to generate daily and monthly reports for management.
Maintain sales databases and POS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Compiling sales-related documents as needed.
Organize and maintain sales-related documentation, including invoices and requisition forms.
Prepares sales memos.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping procedures are followed.
Support customer service tasks.
Any ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Working Hours: 9.00am -7.00pm, 2 days off day per week (Saturday & Sunday) OR (Sunday & Monday) - 1 day weekday 1 day weekend

Keperluan

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speakers
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
