In charge and follow up existing international customer
Manage all aspects of the export process including order confirmation to shipment to post-sales support
Oversee the preparation and submission of export customs documents and communicate with the customs broker via email.
Prepare necessary documents such as PROFORMA Invoice, Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing List, Form D/E, Certificate of Origin, and any other relevant paperwork for customers.
Compile and process banking documents including Letter of Credit (L/C) and Documents Against Payment (D/P).
Submit applications for ATIGA (Form D), ACFTA (Form E), AANZFTA and update product cost analyst as required.
Coordinate logistics and shipping for international orders. (Shipment Coordination)
Arrange and dispatch sample to customers
Track and document export customer payments meticulously
Compile and submit monthly export reports
Adc hoc task.
