· High-Ticker Closing: Conduct face-to-face and Zoom-based sales meetings to close deals with potential customers interested in acquiring additional funds for trading services and coaching.
· Event Coordination: Oversee events such as webinars, online workshops, and quarterly pre-recorded sessions to promote our service
· Sales Process Management: Nurture leads, follow up with prospects, ensure customer payments are completed, and maintain after-sales communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance lead generation and overall customer experience.
· Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure all promised service are delivered as agreed, continuously seek referrals from satisfied client, and monitor customer satisfaction.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales processes, monitor performance through statistics, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Keperluan
Proven experience in high-ticket sales, particularly in the finance or trading industry.
Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals and managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Passion for trading and financial service is a plus.
