Butiran Pekerjaan

Serves customers by providing information and resolution of product and service problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Blast promotion messages to existing and new customers.
Assist and perform some marketing task when necessary.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 9am to 5:30pm &

Alternate Saturday 9am to 5:30pm

Keperluan

Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
1 year of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
Strong computing skills
Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
