About the Role:
DSS Software Solutions is seeking highly skilled candidates for a Customer Service Executive role to provide exceptional support to Japanese customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to relocate to Malaysia and work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service and support to Japanese customers through various communication channels (email, chat, and calls).
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes.
Adhere to customer service quality standards and company policies.

Keperluan

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Language Proficiency:Certified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 (mandatory).
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese.
Experience:Prior experience working with Japanese customers is essential.
Experience working in Japan is an added advantage.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
