Butiran Pekerjaan

Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's services
Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
Provide efficient service to troubleshoot technical problems
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA

Keperluan

Minimum possess at least SPM level or above
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese (verbally and listen)
Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read and type)
Average English communication skill is required
Willing to commit at 24-hour rotational work shift
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
Able to commit morning shift, noon shift, and night shift (9 hours work included 1 hour of break per shift)
Able to work in Maluri, Cheras (fully on-site office)
Preferable to start working on 14th October 2024
