Butiran Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions: -

To handle accounting duties relating to account receivable and account payable ledgers.
To handle invoicing, entry of account transaction to in-house system, issuance of sales invoices and other shipping documents.
To manage day-to-day finance operations including suppliers & forwarding agent invoices checking according to local legal and group's requirements.
To deal with all aspects of settlements with suppliers, forwarding agent and buyers, including payments, receipts, claims, preparation of statement of accounts.
To ensure the accuracy and completeness of information in the accounting system.
To assist in GL and reporting team on period end closing.
Any other duties as and when assigned.

Keperluan

Job Requirements: -

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Attentive to detail especially with numbers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
