Job Responsibilities:

Appointed as Corporate Accounts Manager for internal company and clients.
Provide timely corporate accounts advice and functions.
Maintain strong business relationships with clients and address inquiries related to accounting and financial matters.
Prepare and oversee corporate accounts duties, including:
- Financial Reporting and Oversight
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Internal Controls and Compliance (Audit, Tax and Regulatory Reporting)
- Strategic and Technical Support
Communicate and present financial reports to clients.
Identify and implement new financial systems or techniques to improve reporting capabilities and operational efficiency (if any).
Oversee and monitor subordinates job tasks progress in order to meet client’s deadline.
Well maintain and update statutory document records accurately.
Report to management on relevant matters.

Keperluan

Qualifications & Experience:

Must be Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent holder).
Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including finance, accounting, audit, and analysis (including gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external parties).
Proficiency with accounting software and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Inquisitive with a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
High degree of integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal skills for managing clients and team members.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to frequent changes.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin.
