2. Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure effective delivery of IT services, including
infrastructure management, application development, and system support;
3. Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends in the reinsurance and financial services
industry to enhance the company's digital capabilities;
4. Oversee the maintenance, support, and development of the company’s IT infrastructure, including
servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms;
5. Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support business operations across
multiple locations or regions;
6. Develop and implement robust data management policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and
compliance with regulatory requirements;
7. Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to protect the company’s digital assets and sensitive
reinsurance data from threats and breaches;
8. Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on
investment for IT projects and services;
9. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements, including reinsurance standards
and IT governance frameworks;
