Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
Process payroll and manage employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Support performance appraisals and engagement activities.

Accounts:

Record financial transactions, manage AP/AR, and prepare invoices.
Assist with monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
Handle petty cash and support month-end/year-end closing.

Keperluan

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in combined HR and Accounts roles with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations.
Skills: Proficient in accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Attributes: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Knowledge of Mandarin is compulsory.

LOCATIONS: Sg. Buloh (6 working days) / KL Eco City (5 working days)
