Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead the Omni-Channel project, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
Ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms, focusing on product promotions and brand visibility.
Event Coordination:
Plan and organize online and offline marketing events to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Ensure successful execution and post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
Social Media and SEO:
Manage and optimize social media channels, aiming for a 10% monthly increase in engagement.
Lead SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to support informed decision-making.
Implement strategies based on competitive analysis and market trends.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, content management, social media, and SEO strategies.
Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
