Butiran Pekerjaan

Maintain and discover a strong sense of media aesthetic and trend.
Setting calendars for meetings to be convened when required. Ensure all parties involved are notified and available.
To organise meetings with the preparation of agendas, pre-meeting briefing and meeting
summary results compilation.
To assist in planning, organising and implementing promotions and advertising activities.
Develop and run social campaigns, in both conception and delivery.
To follow up on the progress and completion of departmental work plans and coordinate on the implementation and monitoring of organisational projects, programs, operation matters.
Working alongside on-ground operation to make sure social content is optimised for best performance.
Review and inspection of outlet front to ensure best visual output.
Managing and updating information and engaging with customers on social media sites such
as Instagram, TikTok, XHS and Facebook.
Responsible in monthly reports and keep up to market trends.
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) by identifying suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Handling any special assignments/projects as assigned.
Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.

Keperluan

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, with working experience in the Marketing field, experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ads tools.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
