Oversee Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, PPC, SEO) and offline channels (events, print, partnerships), ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience targeting.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, optimising resource allocation to maximise ROI across all initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and fostering a culture of innovation.
Market and Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to inform marketing decisions.
Content Strategy: Supervise the creation of engaging and impactful content, including website updates, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Keperluan

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, with expertise in both online and offline channels.
Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency with tools and platforms for social media management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, analytics, and CRM systems.
Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional marketing teams effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Creativity and Innovation: Proven ability to conceptualise and execute innovative campaigns that engage target audiences and drive results.
Project Management Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
