Butiran Pekerjaan

· Product Sales: Sell our trading robots through direct sales efforts, both online and in person. Collaborate with Business Development Manager to deeply understand the product and convey its benefits to potential clients.

· Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products, gather testimonials, and encourage referrals.

· Documentation & Reporting: Document each sales process meticulously, including customer interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions. Track improvements and report on performance statistics.

· Customer Training: Provide customers with training on suing the trading robots and understanding the Forex and gold market.

· Client Retention: Work to ensure high customer retention by addressing any concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.

· Competitive basic salary of RM3,000 – RM5,000 depending on sales experience, with potential income up to RM12,000.

Keperluan

Strong sales skills with a focus on direct selling and customer relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
Passion for trading and financial services is a plus.
