Butiran Pekerjaan

- Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable advice on pickleball equipment, apparel, and accessories.

- Sales Support:

Promote and sell products, achieving individual and store sales goals. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest pickleball equipment, brands, and trends to provide expert recommendations.

- Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and monitoring product levels.

- Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Set up displays and ensure merchandise is properly labelled.

- Event Support:

Assist in organizing and promoting in-store events, clinics, and demonstrations to engage the local pickleball community.

- Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Keperluan

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; familiarity with pickleball is a plus.

- Strong understanding of pickleball rules, equipment, and culture.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to connect with customers.

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise, and stand for extended periods.
