Product Sales: Sell our trading robots service through direct sales efforts, both online and in person. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to deeply understand the product and convey its benefits to potential clients.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products, gather testimonials, and encourage referrals.
Documentation & Reporting: Document each sales process meticulously, including customer interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions. Track improvements and report on performance statistics.
Customer Training: Provide customers with training on using the trading robots and understanding the Forex and gold market.
Client Retention: Work to ensure high customer retention by addressing any concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.

Job Benefits;
- Salary Range: Basic RM3,000 -5,000 depending on sales experience, with potential income up to RM12,000 (include commission)
- Leave: 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave/year
- Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Others Benefits: EPF & SOCSO, medical coverage RM100 – RM300 / month
- Travelling Allowance: Claimable as per company policy for work-related travel

Job Requirements;
- Education: Minimum possess SPM level or above
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin. *(Mandarin proficiency is a plus point for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Working Experience: Candidates with relevant sales experience encourages to apply.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, supportive, patient, and prioritizes every customer. Strong relationship-building abilities with prospects and team members.
- Trading Experience: Basic knowledge and passion in financial trading/services.
- Strong sales-driven skills with a focus on direct selling and customer relationship management.
